Easter

We had Easter on Saturday at G&G Summers house. A little chilly for Easter, but Luke still had a ton of fun.

Birthdays

Danny and I both recently celebrated our birthdays. We had fun. For D's day we went snowboarding/skiing up the canyon with his parents. Super fun, beautiful day. Two of my sisters and my mom came down for my birthday. It was fun to have visitors. L still loves birthdays more than anything probably. So he was in heaven for all of the above, mostly because it involves all the people that he/we love and cake (something else we all love).

Need a reason to smile?

Well I've got one for you. Every time I look at this picture I just crack up laughing. When do you EVER get a chance to see D being goofy? That's what makes it so funny to me I guess. I love it!

Cute as a button

I can't help but post pictures of my wee ones. Love 'em to bits. Ethan is so fun right now. He laughs and talks (babbles) and gives me slobbery open mouth kisses all over my face. But he laughs the most at Luke, he doesn't have to do anything to get him going. It's pretty cute to see Luke talk to him and show him things and Ethan just smiles and laughs.

Luke's photography

As I was looking through our pictures it became very obvious the pictures that Luke had taken. He's an amazing photographer I think. But you be the judge.

I ask you...who else could get people to make faces such as these? Amazing stuff.

Birthday Extravaganza Weekend

So Luke has a birthday right next to two of his cousins. Cade is two days before and Olivia the day before, so we all got together and made an entire weekend out of it. We had cake, presents and balloons pretty much all three days. That's never a bad thing. We went to Jumpin' Jacks and the kids spent their energy! Super fun time, except Danny was sick all weekend, and Luke was a wee bit too. But we still had fun. Luke loved all his presents, but believe it or not, I think he was most excited about his package of gum. His friend Kaleb has a birthday three days before Luke and he gave him some gum, Luke asked (for the next two days) where his gum was and could he have it now, and he promised not to eat any until his birthday! There's a pie crust promise for you eh?

Luke is such a fun kid. He's definitely has the "oldest child" syndrome. He likes to be in charge and doesn't bat an eye at telling kids older than him and even adults what to do and how to do it. Probably gets that from me. :| Shocking, I know! But then there is this other side of him that won't even look at an adult if they are paying too much attention to him. He is very cautious about who he talks to and looks at. Gets that from his dad. :) So basically it all depends on his mood, what you're going to get. And we love him to bits!

Holidays '09

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. First pictures are the Stevenson family Christmas party, then Christmas Eve and morning here at our house, then on to the Summers.
